Orna Dignam joined CTOB in October 2024 with extensive experience in property, banking and commercial transactions. She advises corporate and private clients across a broad range of residential and commercial property matters, secured lending transactions and complex security arrangements.

With over 15 years’ experience across private practice and financial services, Orna has developed significant expertise in conveyancing, banking and finance, security perfection, title remediation and risk management. She has acted on high-value and complex transactions involving residential and commercial property portfolios and large-scale due diligence projects.

Orna has substantial experience leading high-performing legal and operational teams in fast-paced environments, with responsibility for transaction management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and process optimization.

Her practice includes advising on residential and commercial conveyancing, banking and finance transactions, title investigations, auction purchases, security and lending structures, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance matters. She is known for her practical, commercially focused approach and her ability to deliver effective solutions in complex transactions.

Orna combines strong technical legal expertise with strategic leadership and commercial awareness, enabling her to guide clients confidently through challenging legal and business matters.

She holds a Bachelor of Business & Legal Studies from University College Dublin and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2011.
